The BMA and its Support Groups offer numerous trips throughout the year—both
domestic and international. These trips are designed for art lovers and are
a popular benefit of Museum Membership, offering an opportunity to travel with
a BMA Curator and like-minded Members.

Join the BMA on an extraordinary tour of China—a land of dramatic contrasts and impressive change.
Explore the spectacular Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, and the breathtaking Great Wall in Beijing, then visit Xian, site of the excavated Terracotta Warriors, and relax on the fabled Yangtze River for three nights. The trip concludes in cosmopolitan Shanghai, with tours of the Shanghai Museum, The Bund, and Yu Yuan Gardens.

Tour Olana, the Persian-inspired home of the famed Hudson River School artist Frederic Edwin Church; Dia: Beacon, with its renowned collection of art from the 1960s to the present; Manitoga, the great modernist home of pioneer designer Russel Wright; and Storm King Art Center with 500 acres of postwar sculptures. Enjoy intimate visits to the private homes and eclectic collections of BMA national trustees.
