The bowl is covered with a bright green glaze and decorated with underglaze carving. There are three flowers on leafy, undulating thick stems on the exterior with 2 plain paired lines below the rim; beveled footrim. In the interior, there are five figures with accompanying identifying characters: man seated cross-legged with crane standing on a table; man wearing an official's cap and long skirt; man in conical hat seated behind table; two men standing on either side of a table; Buddha seated on a high throne.
