The large top panel contains seven sages enjoying a poetry outing in a bamboo grove, the lower panel contains a landscape with a river and mountain, and two smaller military fan-shaped panels each containing two birds on a flowering branch. Dragons cavort among large blossoms on the densely-patterned ground. Around the exterior side, ten cranes fly above waves.
