Visual Description:
This three-dimensional wall sculpture measures six feet high, six and three–quarters feet wide, and 11 inches deep. The sculpture was created using interlocking, thin wooden rods arranged to make a repeating geometric pattern made of triangular shapes that are symmetrical and evenly spaced. The rods are painted with acrylic paint in primary colors: a row of red, then a row of blue, then yellow, then red, then blue. At the very top and bottom of the sculpture, the rods appear to be unpainted and the natural, light color of the wood is visible, emphasizing the bold colors toward the center of the sculpture.
