How has the field of American art changed and expanded over the last 10 years? How are efforts toward diversity and inclusivity reflected in the choices museums are making today?
Join Dr. Virginia Anderson, BMA Curator of American Art, and her guests, Layla Bermeo, the Kristin and Roger Servison Associate Curator of Paintings in the Art of the Americas department at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and Dr. Wendy Ikemoto, Curator of American Art at the New-York Historical Society, as they discuss these topics as well as recent exhibitions, exciting acquisitions, and mentorship opportunities at their respective institutions.
