LaToya Ruby Frazier’s acclaimed and deeply evocative installation celebrates the essential work of community health workers in Baltimore during the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine. Presented as part of the BMA’s Turn Again to the Earth environmental initiative.

Turn Again to the Earth

The BMA is embarking on an ambitious environmental initiative that includes a series of nine exhibitions that capture the relationships between art and the environment across time and geography, the development of a sustainability strategic plan, and a citywide eco-challenge led by the Museum.

The BMA offers interactive guided tours for adults that highlight works from across the Museum. Tours include art from around the world made by artists who are Black, Indigenous, people of color, women, or from other historically underrepresented groups.
