The glassmaking firm of René Lalique designed approximately 400 different molded and blown glass perfume bottles, often with naturalistic designs. Long after the scent is gone, Lalique’s bottles survive as works of art. The stopper of this example is modeled after a bouchon cassis (black currant bush).
