On either side of a central panel of plain brown weave are seven horizontal bands each containing different zoomorphic motifs in plain weave with supplementary color wefts. Killer whales and cats can be seen among the many different repeated images. The combination of images probably served to identify the owner. Colored wool yarn used on the coast was probably imported from the highlands.
