Round concave plaque with design of the Seal of North Carolina in high relief: two female figures lighly clad in front of a brick or stone wall, one (seated) is holding a shield, a scroll, and a flag, the other (standing) has tobacco leaves in her left hand which flank a cornucopia. There is a ship in the distance on the right.
