Erica Ward

Erica Ward (she/her) has served as the Advancement Manager for the Baltimore Museum of Art since 2018. In this role, Erica supports her department by tracking budgets, assisting with annual and non-annual gift collection, and helping to facilitate team meetings. In addition to that, she is a liaison for the Museum’s Board of Trustees, acting as a primary source of communication between Trustees and Staff. She schedules and organizes Board and Committee meetings and works closely with Trustees on issues of governance, the onboarding and orientation of new Trustees, and Board engagement.

Before moving into her current role, Erica worked in various positions at the Museum, including serving as a Visitor Services Associate from 2014-2016 and Development Coordinator from 2016-2018. Erica received a BA in art history from Washington College in 2013 and is an oil painter.
