About the Artist

Black Chakra is a spoken word artist whose talents have been showcased on stages across America. In his time competing in poetry slam competitions, he has been a national poetry slam champion, Texas Grand Slam champion, and Southern Fried slam champion, among many other accolades. Black Chakra takes the most pride in teaching youth poetry at Dewmore Baltimore.
