Letting the Light Work Through
How can art help in recovery? Has it helped you or someone you know? Has expressing yourself in a non-verbal way helped you say things that can be difficult?
In this talk and demonstration, artist Judith Schaechter explores how inspiration becomes form, how uncertainty and persistence lead to light, and how art offers connection, renewal, and something greater than the self.
