Heavy with History: Devin Allen and the Baltimore Uprising
Devin Allen captured the raw emotion of the Baltimore uprisings that followed Freddie Gray’s death in 2015 in a series of black-and-white images. These images have been paired with audio drawn from the event and edited by the artist in remembrance of Gray’s life. Listen to that audio here.
